The Fine Print: You agree to the following by making a purchase.
Purchases of In-Stock Items ship within 10 BUSINESS DAYS depending on the volume of orders at the time your order is placed. If you need shipping sooner please request it during checkout, we will do our best to accommodate based on current work load.
ALL custom costume orders ship within 6-8 weeks. Unforeseen delays with suppliers and during times of high volume orders (ie Halloween season) can increase the shipping time to 10-12 weeks. Please plan appropriately, contact us if you need your costume by a certain date and we will do what we can to accommodate you based on our schedule.
During the Halloween season, July 1st through the end of October, all orders are filled on a first come first served basis and are only promised by Halloween, October 31st. If you have a date before October 31st you need your order by please contact us after placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
During Christmas season November 1st through December 23rd you will receive items by Dec 24th as long as you purchase by Dec 15th with standard Priority mail shipping. After Dec 15th and before Dec 23rd, with Express Mail shipping, your purchase will ship by Dec 23rd. Please check with your local post office to see if Express mail is 1 or 2 days to your city, if it is 2 days please request shipping by Dec 22nd. On and after Dec 24th regular processing time goes back into effect.
There is a no refund policy on all items.
Under most circumstances we gladly offer repair, exchange or replacement.
Please make sure your order is correct at the time of checkout.

All items are shipped USPS Priority mail with a Delivery confirmation. Express Mail and Insurance are available at an additional charge.
International buyers, Please allow extra time for delivery due to differences between Postal services and Customs regulations.
